Please take part in the European Supply Chain Risk Indicator Survey.

The European Supply Chain Risk Indicator (ESCRII) is a joint initiative by the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (Logistikum), the European Logistics Association (ELA) and the US Lehigh University Centre for Supply Chain Research. It provides a quarterly overview of how supply chain managers across Europe assess the level of risk in ten key categories.
The purpose of the survey is to develop a better understanding of the different kinds of supply chain risks businesses face. Our plan is to provide a supply chain risk management index that will help supply chain professionals better able to differentiate high SC risks from low SC risks that they will face in the next quarter. We will provide a summary report to all those that fill out the survey. This survey captures your perceptions on ten broad categories of risk. There are two parts of this survey – the risk questions and the demographic questions. The risk questions will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and the demographic questions will take an additional 5 minutes.
