ILME Certification Community Event

The value of #ELA certification does not lie in obtaining it.

At the upcoming #ELA Reunion & #SupplyChainDay2026, organized by the ILME – Hellenic Institute for Logistics Management, we have deliberately chosen to open a meaningful discussion with certified professionals around a simple yet critical question:

In addition to the panel discussion, which I have the pleasure to moderate, there will be five speed discussion tables focusing on key topics such as:

• How ILME can strengthen its communication approach to further promote and deepen the impact of certification in Greece
• What can be improved in the training process, identifying current gaps and weak points
• What can be improved in the examination and certification process, focusing on areas that need refinement
• How to attract more new candidates to certification
• How to increase the retention rate, and what each of us — as well as ILME — can do to support this
